Community Resource Centers of Texas, Inc. is overseen by the administrative staff. Each CRC location also has onsite employees.

DONNA KLAEGER
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Donna Klaeger leads CRCTX, acting as the critical community connector and offering strategic, visionary leadership.
She brings experience in community planning and development, government operations, transportation and water resources, health services delivery, and funding. Through Donna, CRCTX has considerable access to public and private resources at local, regional, and state levels. She maintains working relationships with key policy makers in the Texas legislature and state government agencies, the U.S. Congress and city and county leaders throughout Texas.
Donna served as the Burnet County Judge for eight years. During that time, she successfully led efforts as diverse as water facility planning, economic impact studies, regional transportation initiatives, a VetRide program, and an affordable prescription drug program. She oversaw major county construction projects including the new Burnet County Jail and the Administrative Annex, and she positioned Burnet County to be debt-free in 2015.
She also has led or served on the boards of many local and state agencies. She is a member of the Austin Area Research Organization, former president of the Capital Area Council of Governments, and former chair of the Texas Commission on Jail Standards. Donna convenes state and local stakeholders to work collectively to tackle complicated problems. She is a powerful relationship-builder. Donna led the original effort to bring the CRC concept to life in 2004 as the Family Services Center. It started with funding from major donors Marc and Carolyn Seriff, Texas Housing Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

JEANNE EMERSON
SITE DIRECTOR
Jeanne Emerson oversees all CRC sites and is the primary liaison for all tenant agencies. She manages human resources and volunteer coordination for all sites as well as the client referral experience.
Jeanne achieved the highest level of human resources leadership in the hospitality industry, at one point responsible for over 4000 employees.
She is compassionate, diplomatic, service-oriented, and understands local service needs and gaps.

LUCY MURPHY
DEVELOPMENT & DATA DIRECTOR
Lucy Murphy focuses on building collaboration among agencies for collective impact using a systems approach, data-driven decision-making, and strategic shared grant-seeking. She has a background in call center management, corporate training and development, and thirteen years of grant-writing experience serving rural healthcare organizations.

MARY JO CALLAWAY
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Mary Jo Callaway works with the Director of Community Resources on the financial administration, policies, marketing, special programs, human resources, and daily operations of the CRC’s.
She brings an analytical background with over fifteen years as a civilian in law enforcement and government. Lastly working under George W Bush with a state-wide drug task force.
She also brings over eight years as a Real Estate Negotiator and private business owner. She has chaired a non-profit board, served on the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce, and been involved in fund raising for many years.

CINDI FRY
BURNET COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Cindi Fry is a Site Coordinator at the Marble Falls Community Resource Center location. She works hand-in-hand with underserved residents of Burnet County to connect them with valuable resources that they need. Fry is a 25-year media account professional with several years of nonprofit and fundraising experience.

TRISH WALKER
BURNET COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Trish is a Site Coordinator at the Marble Falls CRC. She has an extensive background working with school counselors in the MFISD. Her relationships with many local families is an advantage when she is working to help connect them with needed resources. While Trish is our newest team member, her contribution, knowledge and passion is to help others.

DAWN CAPRA
BLANCO COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Dawn Capra is a Site Coordinator at the Blanco County Community Resource Center in Johnson City. She connects clients to resources and collaborates with agencies and non-profits that provide services to Resource Center clients. She has spent the majority of her career in the public sector and legal field gaining experience in constituent services, customer relations, and resolving clients’ problems.

GLENDA "CISSY" ARNOLD
BLANCO COUNTY SITE DIRECTOR
Cissy is a Site Coordinator for the Blanco County Community Resource Center and lives in Johnson City, TX. She spent 43 years in Advertising Account Service and Media with 31 of those years as Manager & Senior Vice President of the Austin office of FKM/The Company Advertising Agency (Houston, TX).

MARILYN JOHNSON
LLANO COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Marilyn began working at the Llano CRC in October of 2018 and moved there in December of the same year.
