Community Resource Centers of Texas, Inc. is overseen by the administrative staff.
Each CRC location also has onsite employees.
LUCY MURPHY
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lucy Murphy has been with CRCTX since 2018, starting as the Director of Development in 2018 and moving into the Executive Director role in 2021.
She has 15+ years of experience in nonprofit grant-seeking, along with strategic project management, organizational learning and development, and call center management. Lucy also spent time as an educator at Faith Academy of Marble Falls.
She and her husband, Pat, have two daughters and live in Marble Falls. She is a Bibliophile, avid gamer (as long as orcs are involved) and enjoys planting veggies hoping they live.
DAWN CAPRA
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY IMPACT
Dawn Capra oversees all CRCTX sites and is the primary liaison for all tenant agencies. She manages human resources and volunteer coordination for all sites as well as the client referral experience.
She has spent the majority of her career in the public sector and legal field gaining experience in constituent services, customer relations, and resolving clients’ problems. She was previously known for her role as the mayor of Johnson City.
Dawn is an avid reader and used to own a bookstore in the past. She is an identical twin and has twin daughters along with one son. She considers herself to be a wine connoisseur and loves participating as a member of a trivia team.
MARY JO CALLAWAY
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Mary Jo Callaway manages the financial administration, policies, marketing, special programs, human resources, and daily operations of the CRCTX locations.
She brings an analytical background with over 15 years as a civilian in law enforcement and government, lastly working under George W Bush with a state-wide drug task force.
She also brings over eight years as a Real Estate Negotiator and private business owner. She has chaired a non-profit board, served on the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce and been involved in fundraising for many years.
CINDI FRY
BURNET COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Cindi Fry is a Site Coordinator at the Marble Falls Community Resource Center location. She works hand-in-hand with underserved residents of Burnet County to connect them with valuable resources that they need. Fry is a 25-year media account professional with several years of nonprofit and fundraising experience.
TRISH WALKER
BURNET COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Trish is a Site Coordinator at the Marble Falls CRC. She has an extensive background working with school counselors in the MFISD. Her relationships with many local families is an advantage when she is working to help connect them with needed resources. Her contribution, knowledge and passion is to help others.
NATALEE GOFF
BURNET COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Natalee is a Site Coordinator for Burnet County CRC. She works to navigate underserved residents and connect them with valuable resources that are needed. For the past 10 years, Natalee has been a stay-at-home mother of two, was a preschool paraprofessional, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) Steering Team leader and member, community volunteer and is a 15-year resident of Marble Falls.
Prior to motherhood, she was a corporate office administrator professional with several years of fashion retail sales also dabbled in the beauty world. She has a passion for helping people and serving her community.
DONNA WHEELER
WILLIAMSON COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Donna Wheeler is the Site Coordinator at the Williamson County Community Resource Center. She brings seven years of experience working at Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties as well as 12 years working in the Social Services sector. She is passionate about serving others and looks forward to her CRCTX journey.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with the grandkids.
ALYCE SIERRA
BLANCO COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Alyce serves as the Site Coordinator for Blanco County CRC. She brings relevant experience working as a case manager with Community Action, Inc., in Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)/Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), as Center Director for the Blanco Senior Center, and as a Bilingual Assistant with Headstart.
Alyce is a native of Blanco and a member of Blanco United Methodist Church.
YVETTE MYERS
LLANO COUNTY SITE COORDINATOR
Yvette Meyers is the Site Coordinator for the Llano County Community Resource Center. She worked for 27 years in affordable housing, specializing in tax credit, rural development and home properties.
She loves to cook, clean, garden and enjoys all things country living. She loves animals and has one donkey. Yvette finds the most peace in her garden and on the tractor.
